- All legal relationship with regulatory agencies.
- Monitoring of legislation and informative of the major changes.
- Assistance to inspections
- Recruitment and Selection (HR)
-Support to emergencies (CAT sending, drafting documents and scheduling expert in INSS for clearance of the employee pension).
- Control of sickness benefits, maternity assistance and aid accident.

- Annual update of the category adjustments and changes in labor laws.
